There are several viewpoints in the middle of the Fukuyama Glee Line, but it is one of the observation decks.
(The "Green Line Observatory" may not be an official name because there seems to be no name notation on the observation deck.)
Point
If you look at the sea on the east side, you can see Tomonoura below, and if you look at the west side on the other side, you can see the Inland Sea Bridge and the scenery of the Seto Inland Sea spreads out.
It is only the head of the bridge, but in the distance is Innjima Bridge of "Shimanami Kaido"? I could see even. It is a superb view.
Observation deck on the east side (Tomonoura side)
The observation deck on the east side is across the road from the parking lot.
Please be careful when crossing because the speed of the car running is fast and the road curves slowly.

You can't see the whole view of Tomonoura, but you can enjoy beautiful scenery including the tomonoura area.
If you have binoculars, you can also see Sens intoxicated island and Tomonoura.
Observation deck on the west side (Shimanami Kaido side)
The observation deck is next to the parking lot.
As you can see from the photo above, the view was good for those who looked at it from the parking lot (right photo) because the tree was disturbing (left photo) even if it went up to the observation deck.

It is a scenery that seems to have come to Setouchi and Hiroshima.
In a direction, I think that the sunset viewed from here is also beautiful.

There are Sanyo Expressway and Sanyo Expressway in the vicinity, and it is a good place to access.

It takes about 39 minutes from the IC.

It is free but narrow. Only about 4 cars can be parked.
